'The Postgraduates' star shines as Mufasa in Persian dubbed version

The Persian dubbed version of 'Mufasa: The Lion King' features the voice of the star from the popular ifilm series 'The Graduates 1,2' and 'The Postgraduates'. 

The dubbed version of Barry Jenkins' new film was released on one of the Iranian VOD platforms, with Houtan Shakiba taking on the role of Mufasa and showcasing his signature talent in this beloved character.

The dubbing project was managed by Ehsan Mehdi and includes other voice actors, including Homayoun Haji Abdollahi, Mohammad Hamed Modarres and Reyhaneh Saffari.

Fans of Shakiba are thrilled to hear his voice for the iconic character of Mufasa. 

'Mufasa: The Lion King' is a 2024 U.S. musical drama film with a screenplay written by Jeff Nathanson.
